Image Resizer — Resize Photos to Any Size

Resize a photo to exact pixels or a ready preset: passport photo, Instagram, YouTube thumbnail, LinkedIn banner and more

Free · no sign-up · runs in your browser, nothing is sent to a server

How it works

  1. Choose your image — it stays on your device.
  2. Type a new width and height in pixels (keep the lock on to preserve the shape) or tap a preset size.
  3. When the shape changes, “Crop to fit” trims the edges evenly; “Stretch” squeezes the whole picture.
  4. Pick JPG, PNG or WebP and download the resized image.

Frequently Asked Questions

Choose the photo, tap the “Passport 35×45 mm” preset (413×531 px at 300 DPI) and press Resize. “Crop to fit” trims the edges evenly so the face isn't squashed.
Keep “Keep original proportions” ticked, or choose “Crop to fit” when you need an exact shape.
Instagram square posts are 1080×1080 px, stories 1080×1920 px and YouTube thumbnails 1280×720 px — all available as presets.
Making an image smaller in pixels usually reduces the file size too. For a specific KB limit, use the Image Compressor afterwards.
