What clients usually ask before starting an AI or automation project.

No. I build the system around the model — your data, your workflows, your database — with proper auth, logging and fallbacks. The LLM is one component, not the whole product.

No training required for most use cases. I use retrieval (RAG) over your existing docs/data at request time, so nothing is baked into a model and you keep full control of what the AI can see.

Yes — most of my AI/automation clients are real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and finance businesses, not software companies. I translate your existing process into the system; you don't need to know the tech.

In most cases, yes. I integrate via API, webhook or direct database access depending on what you're running, so the AI layer sits on top of your existing systems instead of replacing them.

It depends on scope: a focused chatbot or single automation is much faster than a full CRM integration. Your written scope includes a timeline with milestones, so you know exactly when each part lands.

Most often OpenAI and Azure OpenAI. I choose based on cost, speed and data-privacy needs, and build the system so it isn't locked to a single provider.

AI usage is billed by the provider (for example OpenAI) to your own account. I estimate monthly costs up front and build in limits and caching to keep them predictable.
